We’ve come up with something very special for our guests: Once a week we organize a barbecue in our private alpine hut in South Tyrol on the nearby Rodengo Alp! We invite you to join us in our mountain hut in South Tyrol, so together we can eat good food, listen to music, enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent view of the Rodengo Alp.
In the summer, you also have the opportunity to meet our dairyman. In the warmer months, he lives with our young cattle in our alpine hut in South Tyrol on the Rodengo Alp and prepares tasty cream cheese and delicious butter for you.

Our alpine hut in South Tyrol is not the only highlight on the Rodengo Alp. After you enjoyed our alpine barbecue, starting from the parking lot Zumis in Rodengo you may take a hike on the Rodengo Alp.
The Rodengo Alp is one of the largest alpine plateaus in Europe and will inspire you with its many natural monuments: From the peak Cima Lasta you may enjoy a great view of the main alpine ridge, the Pusteria Valley and the Dolomites. The clear mountain lakes, like Lake Tschuppwaldsee, and the alpine moss at the Rodengo Alp will fascinate you.

From May to October, the Rodengo Alp is a popular hiking area for tourists and locals; in the winter you may enjoy tobogganing, or have fun on one of the beautiful cross-country skiing trails.
